Complaints Policy

The International Journal of Intelligent Computing Systems upholds a commitment to transparency, accountability, and professionalism in all aspects of its editorial and publishing practices. We value feedback from authors, reviewers, and readers, and aim to address concerns in a timely and equitable manner.

Prior to submitting a complaint, we recommend reviewing the journal’s Author Guidelines and existing Publication Policies. Complaints regarding matters already covered in these documents may be addressed only if further clarification is necessary.

A complaint is defined as any formal expression of dissatisfaction related to the journal’s processes, decisions, communication, or conduct. Examples may include:

Editorial Complaint Handling

The journal’s editorial team, including the Editor-in-Chief, is committed to addressing all complaints constructively and promptly. Feedback is treated as an opportunity to enhance the quality and integrity of our processes.

Resolution Procedure

Complaints related to copyright, factual errors, or unethical content are thoroughly reviewed and acted upon. Our goal is to resolve complaints within 14 working days. In case of disputes involving multiple stakeholders (e.g., co-authors), mediation may be offered to reach an equitable outcome.

Ethical Standards

We are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and recognize that genuine errors or disagreements may arise. All complaints are reviewed objectively and corrective measures are taken where appropriate to maintain trust and transparency.

Submitting a Complaint

Complaints must be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief at editor@ijics.in. To facilitate prompt review, please include a clear explanation of the issue and any supporting documentation.
